Ordering Wine FAQ
Our goal is to assemble a customized wine collection that represents the unique preferences of the member instead of a standard “package.”
This is a relationship that improves over time, just like the wines we serve in our wine bar.
What is included in the total price?
The total price listed is inclusive of wines, shipping, customs fees, and insurance for the shipping destination selected.
Do I need to be a member before ordering wine?
We ask that you please register as a member of our wine club before completing your first order.
Do I get to choose the wines that go into my shipment?
We do give our members the option to choose the number of Red and White wines included in their shipment.
Due to our constantly changing selection of wines, we are unable to guarantee specific wines. Our talented sommeliers work hard to put together a unique collection of wines representing the best expressions of Italian terroir and viniculture.
We are happy to hear your preferences so that we can do our best to tailor your shipment to what you like.
Is it all red wine, or white wine, or mixed?
In the order form we ask you to indicate your preference, there is flexibility.
How do I pay for the wine?
Our online store accepts payments via credit card or PayPal.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA (excluding Utah), the EU, and the UK.
Will you tell me something about the wines you send me?
We will send you information about the wines, producers and suggested food pairings.
