Ordering Wine FAQ
Our goal is to assemble a customized wine collection that represents the unique preferences of the member instead of a standard “package.”
This is a relationship that improves over time, just like the wines we serve in our wine bar.
What is included in the total price?
The total price listed is inclusive of wines, shipping, customs fees, and insurance for the shipping destination selected.
Do I need to be a member before ordering wine?
We ask that you please register as a member of our wine club before completing your first order.
What is the difference between SELECTION and PREMIUM collections?
Our SELECTION wine collection includes both everyday drinking wines and some of our more special bottles.
Our PREMIUM wine collection includes more of our special bottles.
Our collections are of exclusively Italian wine, carefully selected by working directly with these small producers.
Do I get to choose the wines that go into my shipment?
Due to our constantly changing selection of wines, we are unable to offer this as a possibility. Our talented sommeliers work hard to put together a unique collection of wines representing the best expressions of Italian terroir and viniculture.
However, we are happy to hear your preferences so that we can do our best to tailor your shipment to what you like.
Is it all red wine, or white wine, or mixed?
Our cases of 6 or 12 bottles contain both red and white wine. If you have very specific preferences towards only one or the other, please do let us know.
How do I pay for the wine?
Our online store accepts payments via credit card or PayPal.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA (excluding Utah), UK and Ireland, the EU, and Italy.
Will you tell me something about the wines you send me?
We will send you information about the wines, producers and suggested food pairings.
