Order Acceptance & Delivery Rules
Thank you for considering an order of wine from Le volpi e l'uva. We've been delivering wine to clients for many years now, and are pleased to offer this service via our web site too.

The following are a few general guidelines and terms for our order acceptance and delivery process. Please read them, and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have:

- At this time, we can only accept orders for deliveries within the city of Florence.
- Each order must consist of a minimum 3 bottles of wine.
- Orders are to be paid in full prior to, or at the time of delivery.
- Payments can be made via cash or check. We cannot at this time accept credit card payments (via phone or Internet).
- Please make sure to fill in as much contact information as possible. Above all, you must provide a valid, working phone number and email address for us to contact you for confirmation, and consequently begin processing the order. If we cannot reach you via phone or email, your order will not be processed.
- We are usually able to process and complete delivery within 3 days. However, if you are planning for an event, have a particularly large requirement, or are ordering during our busy Christmas season, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
- Wherever possible, we will try to get you the wines you have asked for. If we do not have a particular wine in stock at the time of your order, we will alert you of the fact before delivery.
